Why Use PHLASH?

• It’s quick with service every 15 minutes from 10 am. – 6 p.m. on service days, with extended evening service until 9 p.m. on Fridays.
• It’s easy with stops in Philadelphia including stops near Penn’s Landing , the Barnes Foundation , the Philadelphia Museum of Art , the Rodin Museum , the Perelman Building , Eastern State Penitentiary , The Franklin Institute , the National Constitution Center , the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Reading Terminal Market , the Please Touch Museum , the Philadelphia Zoo and the Museum of the American Revolution .
• It’s inexpensive at only $2 per person per ride or $5 for a one-day pass. A two-day pass is also available for use on two consecutive days — online only — for $9 (with no fees!). Children 4 and under and seniors are always FREE .
• SEPTA pass and key card holders ride FREE .

Present a PHLASH Pass to the garage management office and receive a discounted daily parking rate at five area Philadelphia Parking Authority parking garages. View participating garages and rates* below. (Note: You must enter the parking garage after 9 a.m. and depart by 7 p.m. Rates are subject to change. Please check with garage upon arrival.)
